This website belongs to Persimmon Farmstead, a family-run farmstay near Manali, Himachal Pradesh. By using it you agree to these simple terms. We've kept them short and readable rather than burying them in legal boilerplate.

The information here

We work hard to keep details accurate — distances, seasons, what our homes offer — but mountains, weather and roads change, and so do we. Nothing on the site is a contractual promise on its own. The specifics of your stay are confirmed directly with us when you book.

Booking requests

Our booking form sends us a request, not a confirmed reservation, and no payment is taken online. A stay is only confirmed once we reply — by WhatsApp or email — and agree the dates with you. We may decline or be unable to confirm a request if a home is full or blocked for those dates.

No prices on the site

We deliberately don't publish room rates here. We share them directly when you enquire, so we can talk through the home, the room and the season that actually suits your trip.

Photos and content

The photos and words on this site are ours (or our guests', shared with permission). Please don't reproduce them commercially without asking. Links out to Google, TripAdvisor, booking partners and maps are for your convenience; we don't control those sites.

Cancellation & conduct

Cancellation terms for a confirmed stay are covered in our booking & cancellation policy. Our homes are family homes on working orchards — we ask guests to treat the property, the staff and the neighbours with the same care we treat you.
