How booking works
Do you take online payments?
Not yet. We keep booking personal: you send a request with your dates, and we confirm by WhatsApp or call and settle payment directly. It means every stay is spoken for by a real host before you arrive — no automated overbooking, no surprises.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. If your travel runs early or late, message us on WhatsApp before you arrive — we'll do our best to hold the room or store your bags so your first and last day aren't wasted.
Can you help arrange transport from Delhi or Chandigarh?
Yes. Our travel desk books Volvo seats from Delhi, arranges private cabs from Chandigarh or Bhuntar airport, and rents cars and two-wheelers locally. Tell us your arrival plan when you request dates and we'll line up the pickup.
